Effective drying combined with ease of use

The MC-44/Vario is a compact and powerful machine that gently removes excess surface water from washed salads and vegetables.

Designed as a stand-alone unit with a small footprint, it features a low infeed height that allows easy and ergonomic loading and unloading of the basket. During operation, the lid locks automatically and opens again at the end of the cycle, ensuring safe and efficient use.

The machine can also be integrated into a Sormac vegetable processing line for the semi-automatic cutting, washing and drying of leafy vegetables and other fresh produce.

Effective mechanical drying promotes optimal shelf life and improved product quality.
