The PULSTAR leafy vegetable washer introduces the product into the washing flume, where air injected through nozzles creates fine bubbles that generate a gentle yet intensive movement in the water.
Alternating air sections create a peristaltic movement that transports the product through the washer, ensuring thorough cleaning without product damage.
The PULSTAR is available in four models, offering a suitable solution for every required capacity.

Peristaltic system

The product is immersed and intensively cleaned without mechanical contact. The peristaltic system also ensures a controlled residence time.

Laminar water flow

Effectively separates the sand from the product. Due to the conical design of the salad washer, this sand is collected and disposed of centrally.

Water bypass

Creates a higher resistance at the outlet, allowing a longer dwell time in the salad washer.

Flycatcher (optional)

By combining the adjustable air injection and separator, insects and other small floating parts are removed from the product stream.
