The OptiCor cores up to 35 heads of iceberg lettuce per minute with consistent precision and high reliability.
The capacity remains unchanged, even when the heads are cut into 2 or 4 parts.
Suitable for iceberg lettuce with a diameter of Ø 90–220 mm.
Removes cores up to a maximum core diameter of 50 mm – efficient, precise, and gentle on the product.
