The PULSTAR leafy greens washer feeds the product into the wash flume, where air injectors create fine bubbles that produce a gentle yet powerful motion in the water.
Alternating air sections generate a peristaltic flow that moves the product through the washer, delivering thorough cleaning without product damage.
The PULSTAR is available in four models, providing the right solution for every capacity need.

Peristaltic system

The product is immersed and cleaned thoroughly without mechanical contact. The peristaltic system also ensures a controlled dwell time.

Laminar water flow

Effectively separates sand particles from the product. The conical design of the washer collects and removes the soiling centrally.

Water bypass

Creates a higher resistance at the outfeed, allowing a longer dwell time in the washer.

Flycatcher (optional)

The combination of the adjustable air injection system and separator removes insects and other small floating particles from the product flow.
