The drum and peeling disc of the carborundum peeler are available in various grit sizes, ensuring the perfect match for your specific product.

The peeling and scraping machine is a compact, plug-and-play solution for peeling and scraping products such as potatoes, celeriac, red beets, and baby carrots.
Depending on the model, you can choose the carborundum version (CBS) for an evenly abraded finish or the knife version (MBS) for a smooth, hand-peeled appearance.
