Basket detection system

The machine detects whether a basket is positioned under the filling point. If no basket is present, the carousel will automatically rotate to the next position until a basket is in place. If the machine runs without baskets for a preset period of time, it will automatically stop and switch to standby mode.

Product funnel

During the rotational cycle of the baskets the chute will be closed to temporarily collect the product until the new empty basket is in the filling position. This system prevents food waste, product damage and ensures no unhygienic rubbers come in contact with the product.
